Q: I might not need an abortion? Why? A: 1 in 5 pregnancies end in miscarriage or you might even be experiencing a tubal pregnancy. Having a sonogram will enable a nurse to determine if your pregnancy appears to be progressing normally. To make an appointment, click here.
Q: How much are your pregnancy tests? A: All of our services are completely free of charge and always confidential.
Q: Is it a blood or urine test? A: You will be given a laboratory quality urine test, which is 99% accurate.
Q: How soon after sexual contact can I have a pregnancy test? A: The test can show a positive result 12 days after conception.
Q: I am not sure what I will decide to do if I am pregnant. Can you give me information about all of my options? A: Absolutely. We are committed to empowering you to make an informed decision about your pregnancy. You have a right to know all that facts before making this difficult decision. We will give you information on abortion, single parenting, or assist you in making an alternative parenting plan.
Q: Do I need an appointment? A: We do accept walk-ins, but appointments are preferred so that we may be fully prepared to service all of your requests.
Q: I do not live close to the Dallas Pregnancy Resource Center. Is there another pregnancy help center I can go to that is closer to me? A: Yes.
